This is a Hokkaido Pancake Mix made with Hokkaido wheat, buttermilk, and sugar. This easy-to-make pancake mix can also be used for waffles. Since it uses Hokkaido buttermilk, you can make pancakes that are "fluffy" and "moist" with a beautiful golden-brown color and a subtle sweetness and aroma.
How to make: (180g pancake mix, 1 egg, milk)
1.Mix milk and eggs in a bowl.
2.Add the pancake mix to the milk and egg mixture, stirring until there are no lumps.
3.Heat a frying pan and lightly oil it.
4.When bubbles form and the edges of the batter feel dry, flip it over.
5.Once the underside is golden brown and cooked through, it is done. This usually takes about 2 minutes.
